What is the difference between Domain and Mailbox?
Domain is your custom domain, e.g. business.com. Point the MX Record to VezaMail's server so it can receive emails.

Mailbox is an email address under that domain, e.g. support@business.com. You can access each mailbox instantly via a unique direct redirect link. Each plan has a total mailbox limit.
What is a direct redirect link?
A direct redirect link is a unique URL generated for each mailbox. You can open any inbox instantly by clicking the link — no login required, no account switching. Ideal for teams managing many email addresses at once.
What are the domain and mailbox limits per plan?
• Plus — 10 domains, 1,000 mailboxes
• Pro — 20 domains, 3,000 mailboxes
• Extreme — 100 domains, 10,000 mailboxes

Mailbox limit is a total overall, not per month. Deleting old mailboxes frees up slots.
Can all plans send and reply to emails?
No. Send & Reply is only available on Pro and Extreme:

• Plus — Receive only. Cannot send or reply.
• Pro — Send & Reply up to 1,000 emails/month.
• Extreme — Send & Reply up to 4,000 emails/month.

Sending quota resets at the start of each month.
How do I start receiving emails?
1. Sign up and choose a plan (or use free trial)
2. Add your domain in Manage Domains
3. Point your MX Record to VezaMail's server IP
4. Wait for automatic DNS verification (1–24 hours)
5. Generate mailboxes in Generate Emails
6. Incoming emails appear in Inbox in real-time
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Claim a Free Trial when you first sign up. You get full Admin access — add domains, generate mailboxes, receive emails. No credit card required. Trial is one-time per account.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Upgrade takes effect immediately after successful payment.

Downgrade is scheduled at end of current period — you keep your current plan until expiry, then the new plan activates. No extra charge.
How secure is my data on VezaMail?
VezaMail uses bcrypt password encryption, Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot, login rate limiting with auto-lock, secure session management, and all data is stored on a server you fully control.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your account automatically downgrades to Customer status. Domains and mailboxes are temporarily deactivated — data is NOT deleted. Reactivate by subscribing to a new plan.
